Nigeria’s forward, Umar Sadiq, may depart from his current Spanish club, Real Sociedad, this summer, as reported by Spanish outlet AS. “Valencia, Bologna, and Sevilla have shown keen interest in the striker,” aiming to secure his services on a loan basis for the upcoming 2024/25 season.
“Sadiq’s playing time was significantly limited at Real Sociedad last season,” primarily due to recovering from an Achilles tendon injury that had sidelined him for approximately seven months in the previous campaign. Throughout the season, the 27-year-old managed to start in only 15 matches out of a potential 53 across various competitions for Real Sociedad.
“He originally joined Real Sociedad two years ago,” making the move from Almeria.
